Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in the same condition you received them, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at club@playsporting.club with your order number. Once your return is approved we'll send instructions on where to send it. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Returns are sent to: PO Box 4, Blairgowrie VIC 3942, Australia.
Return shipping
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within five business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it, email us at club@playsporting.club.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Sizes sell out, and a new order secures it now rather than after your return arrives.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality. Email us at club@playsporting.club with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it. Where an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover return postage.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached, and you'll need proof of purchase.
Sizing
Every product page carries a size guide with garment measurements taken flat. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we'll tell you what we'd pick.
