Delivery
Orders are processed within one to two business days, Monday to Friday. Once your order is on its way you'll receive tracking by email.

- Free shipping on orders over $150
- Delivery within Australia takes 17 to 21 days
We know that's a longer wait than most. Every piece is made to order rather than held in bulk, which is what keeps the range tight and the quality where we want it. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.
Returns
If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
- Start a return by emailing us with your order number
- Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of arrival
Faulty items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality. If you think something is faulty, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it.
Sizing
Every product page carries a size guide with garment measurements taken flat. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we'll tell you what we'd pick.
